When you signed up for the free trial you had to have given yourself a username and password. You then were assigned a Berry Tree website. When you log in you there is a cancel account link that you can use. On the bags of sand that they are sending you, Nutronix's address and phone number are on them. You can call them and cancel your account, also if you have unopened bags of sand you can send at least the last one back and get a refund for that one. Not sure about the any more than that.
