Godd info on the berry tree and nutronix. I recently saw that the berry tree is now being called nutronix revolution so be warned! I was in the berry tree from July 2007 and finally jumped ship after they offered the money for the bmcs in June 2009. I grew a nice berry tree organization. I was a silver member, nearly gold and things were going great. I was earning money and I had some of my team members earning as well. Until they changed the comp plan to the new 2 by matrix structure. I brought in well over 50 people and when they changed to the new comp plan my commissions plummeted to barely covering my autoship. Of course my upline members were bragging about how much more they were making. Well that was great for them but what about people like myself who were really building the business? In short, we got screwed! So, I stuck around for a while to see if things would be changed back more to the original form but that never happened. I even tried one last push and brought in quite a few new members over a 2 month period I. Aug-Sep 08 but just couldn't make any money with the new comp plan. It was just a horrible plan. Here's my summation of the whole berry tree fiasco: It was a very good idea to start. Mat Yonan, Art Phelps, and Rob Phelps seemed to be the brains behind it. The original program worked well, but the bonus pools began to suffer. Why? Well, nutronix members, regionals and up, who did not qualify for the bonus pools in the berry tree were being paid crossover bonuses. They were sucking the bonus pools dry even though they weren't qualifying for the bonuses. That's why the bonuses were getting so low. I also think the Bremners had a lot to do with it. Instead of canceling the crossover bonuses of the Nutronix members who didn't qualify, Blair Bremner basically took over the show and came up with the ridicous new comp plan. Why was that bad? Well, the Bremners were focused on how to make members of Nutronix more money and weren't ever really focused on the berry tree as Matt, Art, and Rob were. So the new comp plan pushed the earnings up to those who have been in Nutronix a long time and had deep downlines. In my opinion all they had to do is cut out the crossover bonuses, which never happened, and the berry tree would have been fine. Instead the Bremners took a drastic step and totallly killed the program. If the old Nutronix members weren't making enough in the berry tree they should have gone out and brought members in like I did. The system worked fine! Don't go stealing my commissions for your shortcomings! That is exactly what happened. They stole commissions from people like me that were making the program work. I lost any respect I might have had for the Bremners and Nutronix For what they did. The Berry Tree was marketed as a way for passive people to earn a decent income. Actually that did happen. Those who had nice Nutronix downlines and were passive in the Berry Tree are the ones who walked away with a lot of the Berry Tree cash. Wow, just found this a read through quite a bit of this blog. Although Ryan and I are not working together today, I can clearly say without a doubt anybody who joins him he is a great leader that is quite dynamic and really does care for people. However since we are also on the subject of keeping things real I highly suggest folks to investigate a company before deciding to join and ensure the products are in clinical studies accepted in peer review otherwise it can be something similar as Nutronix and the FDA scenerio. Doing your homework is important. The government only looks to this infrastructure as a means to end poverty. Folks need to be careful before engaging in ventures.
