Just follow the directions. Or you can call them at there toll free number ( I don't know if it is toll free from South Africa or not) which is 1 877 990 9951 and explain to them your problem. They may refund all of your money but I can't say for sure if they will or not. Also you can contact your bank or credit card and have them stop the payments. I would call them 1st if I were you.
